I spent the weekend in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a couple buddies to watch football and hang out. My flight was scheduled for 2pm on Monday from Appleton to Boise. I booked a flight with a cheap airline called Allegiant. I NEVER book with these type of airlines. I've become a first class snob and I hate not flying first class. (I know how douchey that sounds but once you go first class it's hard to go back. Also I'm 6'1 210 pounds so it's cramped in economy for me.) But it was one of the only flights available so I did it. I woke up to a text that my flight was delayed NINE hours. Which meant I'd miss my connecting flight and not get home for at least a day. I called Allegiant and they said "yeah, we had an issue so it's nine hours late. We can refund you if you want." I took the refund. Then I spent hours trying to find a flight home. I ended up having to Uber two hours to Milwaukee, stay the night there, then fly home the next morning. (In first class on Delta, thank the lord.) Why am I telling you this? The customer service lady for Allegiant was actually very nice and helpful. I had a good experience canceling my flight. However, I am now 100% committed to never booking a flight with them again. I was 95% committed before. The story in my head about Allegiant went from "shitty airline" to "shitty airline that may delay flights by nine hours." All businesses are telling stories, whether they're doing it on purpose or not. One bad experience with a company can make you hate them forever. And one good experience can make you a customer for life. It's the same with storytelling in the realm of business, emails, and online marketing. The ability to tell great stories is one of the best skills you can ever learn. One of my big advantages as a writer and business owner is my ability to tell stories that connect with my audience...and convert them into buyers. Everyone should learn the skill of storytelling at least once in their lifetime. One great story can transform your business. It can bond your audience to you for life. It can make people fall in love with you. It can make them open their wallet and pay you for the first time...or the tenth time. That's why I'm excited about this new product a client of mine just launched. He created a Digital Storytelling Masterclass. He's mastered the art of telling stories online. Whether it's through email, tweets, social media posts, or sales pages. If you're interested in checking it out, click the link below. When you click that link you'll see his sales page that has a great story at the top of it. And when you click, I'll tag you as "interested in storytelling" and keep sending you emails about storytelling. I'll send two more emails about storytelling to my full email list. If you don't click today, tomorrow, or the next day, I won't bug you about storytelling any more this week. So clicking is basically raising your hand to say "I'm interested in storytelling." [ Click here to get better at storytelling]( Tomorrow I'm gonna talk about wrestling stories. Then the next day I'll tell you the story of how my consulting client (who created the product above) went from a couple grand a month to over twenty grand a month in income in just a few months. That's all for now. Talk soon, Ian "stories are king" Stanley Sent to:{EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Almost Passive Income, 404 S 8th St. #201, Boise, Idaho 83702, United States

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
