Sometimes I don't wanna work at all. I think everyone feels that way at times. No matter how much you love what you do. When I'm feeling that way I do something I call the "Why Exercise." I list out the reasons WHY I'm doing the work I'm doing. Or why I need to do what I need to do. I go down several layers deep to remind myself the real reason behind my work. The deeper you go, the more effective it is. I like to go at least 5 why's deep. You list the first reason. Then the reason for that reason...and so on. It helps you uncover your real motivation for doing what you do. Or maybe you do work you DON'T like, and you want to escape it. So you remind yourself WHY you want out. Pain a picture of what your life will look like when you get out. (Not an actual painting. I have the artistic skills of a toddler on a sugar high.) Or if you love your work and have a big goal, paint a picture of what your life will look like once you've achieved it. This helps give you a clear PURPOSE to your work. Some people have no idea why they even do what they do. When you have a strong WHY, it's much easier to do what you need to do. Anyway, that's one of the things I'm gonna teach on today's Reality Engineering 3.0 training. It starts in a little over an hour. Grab it before then. [ Click here to grab it now]( It's Pay What You Want so you can pay $100 or $1 or anything in between. If you love the idea of lots of hard work and long hours, then this probably won't interest you. But if you're open to the possibility that maybe there's a different way then you should check it out. The Reality Engineering 3.0 workshop is officially ready to buy... Here's some of what I'm gonna teach: -How to use simple 3x5 index cards to get what you want in your life. -Weird way to attract money by repeating one word over and over again. -The 5 minute "Get Sh*t Done" meditation that kills procrastination. -Why the physical workspace you work in is so important and how to set it up to do your best work. -How to get into a flow state in less than 10 minutes so you can do the deep work that matters. -And other weird stuff that'll probably help you make more money. The workshop itself will take place at 11am pacific time on Tuesday, September 24th. It will be a live training call. And it will be recorded so you can watch later if you can’t make the live training. It is on sale for the next hour or so before the training starts. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
