Apparently the presidential debate is tonight in America. I don't pay much attention to politics and refuse to talk about my political opinions publicly. However, I think there's a lesson that the debate reminded me of that I think are worth sharing. You attract what you think about. Your thoughts create your reality. If you can create a habit of thinking well you'll probably live a better life. The problem is most people think about what they DON'T want to happen rather than what they DO want to happen. They worry about stuff that hasn't happened yet, or stuff that doesn't really affect their life. When it comes to stuff like politics people always seem to be angry. When their person is in office they worry about the other person being in office. When their person isn't in office, they're mad about the one who is in office. I find that watching political stuff just makes me angry so I don't consume it. I don't see the value in polluting my mind with stuff that's out of my control. I prefer to consume things that elevate my mind and my mood. (Which is one of the reasons why I hate horror films.) What you put into your brain affects what you get out of it. II've been doing some cool meditations and different practices lately that have been working really well for me. I'm thinking about teaching some new stuff in Reality Engineering 3.0 soon. I might release that this week...we'll see. If I do, it'll be Pay What You Want. Anyway, that's all for now. I have a soccer match to get to. Scored 5 goals last week after doing a visualization before the match. (It's indoor so more goals are scored, if I scored 5 goals in outdoor I'd get a billboard in Times Square to tell the world haha.) Tomorrow I'm gonna talk about a weird lesson I learned from Trump that I think you'll like. Even if you hate him. It has nothing to do with his politics. Talk soon, Ian "garbage in, garbage out" Stanley P.S. If you wanna put the right stuff into your brain check out the email I sent out yesterday.... Yesterday's email... I just did one of my money meditations and it felt gooooood. For the most part I just guide myself without a guided meditation. But on days where I'm really resisting meditation I just listen to one of my own guided meditations. (Even though it's a little weird to hear my own voice while meditating.) I find it's easier to avoid meditation when all I have to do is click a button and listen. I have a YouTube channel with a handful of different meditations for money and creativity. Everything on it is free. [ Click here to check it out]( If I have writing to do, my favorite is the [Second Self](. If I just want a quick hit of money attraction, I do the [Monthly Income Mantra](. If I want to feel relaxed AF and stop hurrying, I listen to [You Have Time](. Nothing makes me feel quite as good as this one. If you think meditation is weird or you've never enjoyed it, give these a shot. You'll probably see some crazy stuff happen...and you'll feel good pretty much immediately. Talk soon, Ian "do one and see what happens" Stanley P.S. I haven't posted on that channel in a long time. Should I start recording new meditations again? I'm thinking I'd just record them with high-quality audio and no music or fancy thumbnails. That way I don't have to have my editor spend a bunch of time producing them. My goal isn't to make money off these. I just want to get more people meditating. Let me know if you want more meditations.
