Many evacuees have lost their jobs and livelihoods, and more families are falling into poverty with each passing day. Recently, the chairman of the 'Committee for Reducing Gaps in the Periphery' of the Knesset, MK Mr. Avraham Bezalel, reached out to Feed Israel. In his letter, he requested an additional round of food packages for families whose economic situation has worsened since the start of the war and who are unable to afford basic holiday necessities.
