Even now, nine months into this escalating conflict, the country lacks a coherent plan for those displaced from the North. Despite the Ministry of Education announcing preparations for the school year to proceed as usual, the public can't rely on the leadership, and the figures are alarming. of Kiryat Shmona evacuees, only a third of students registered for high school, and for kindergartens, slightly more than half.
