There are many different ways to start a granny square (ex: magic circle), you may choose to begin Round 1 with a method you are more comfortable with. Ch 3 at the beginning of a round counts as a dc. This wall hanging is worked in the round. For a different look, fasten off at the end of each round and change yarn colors. It would make a great stash busting project. For a tighter look, you may chose to ch 1 instead of ch 2 between clusters.
