When it comes to DFS this weekend we have a two game slate and while that will mean the rostership will be high on the core plays that doesn't mean they still shouldn't be in your DFS lineups. Howard Bender will have a complete breakdown of this weekend's DFS matchups but let's take a look at some top plays to build your lineups around! Joe Burrow, QB CIN Burrow has the best QB matchup on the board this weekend as the Bengals face off against the Chiefs. These two teams played each other earlier this year and Burrow finished with 286 yards and two touchdowns while adding a third touchdown on the ground. All his receivers are healthy with Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins leading the way. Given that the two NFC QB's are up against tough defenses this week I would expect most to roster Burrow with Mahomes not at 100% due to the ankle injury. Joe Mixon, RB CIN Not to make this all about the Bengals but the Chiefs defense this season allowed the most receptions, fourth most receiving yards and tied for the third most touchdowns allowed to the running back position. Most of the time this is because teams are forced to play from behind against the Chiefs but Mixon has been a big part of the Bengals passing offense this season and in PPR formats this is a matchup where Mixon could thrive. DeVonta Smith, WR PHI While A.J. Brown is technically the #1 WR in the Eagles offense, Smith has all the tools to be an elite wide receiver in this league and down the stretch of the regular season we saw some big time performances out of Smith. In terms of pricing, Smith is the third most expensive receiver on the slate but that won't keep me from playing him. The 49ers have actually allowed the fifth most fantasy points to the wide receiver position this year and if San Francisco is dedicating to spying on Jalen Hurts then he may be forced to throw more instead of using his legs to make plays. Travis Kelce, TE KC Whether Mahomes is 100% or not doesn't really seem to matter here as Kelce is the best tight end left in the playoffs and the Bengals were a bottom 10 team against the tight end position this season. He is very expensive but someone that should be locked into lineups this weekend. Philadelphia Eagles D/ST Against a tough defense last week in the Dallas Cowboys we saw the 49ers offense only muster up 19 total points. The Eagles come in with an even better defense across the board. Not only do they get after the QB, leading the league with 70 total sacks, 15 more sacks than the next team, but they were also fourth in the league with 17 interceptions.
