Spies use this to boost their performance Greetings Everyday Spy, Sex… Did I get your attention

Spies use this to boost their performance [Image](https://) Greetings Everyday Spy, Sex… Did I get your attention? One thing that always gets the attention of Hollywood people is when I tell them about how spies have sex. What they find so surprising is that spies have better sex than anything you see in media. It's passionate, energetic, and frequent. Sure, it feels good and is fun. But the feelings aren't the biggest benefit. Sex has amazing benefits for the mind and body. It makes you better at your job as a spy and anyone can experience these benefits. But in the last 20 years, Americans are having way less sex. And that drop has caused issues like depression, obesity, and mental health problems. Younger people today have 3.5x less sex than their parents' generation did. Most single Americans under 35 don't have a regular sex partner. Married couples have sex half as often as when dating. Spies know that having an active, healthy sex life is really valuable. And I want you to know that too, because great sex is a big part of a great life. Here are 3 more specific ways sex makes you perform better every day: 1. Sex makes you feel better mentally and physically. Science shows that your brain loves it. When you're attracted to someone, your body releases a hormone that excites you. Having sex releases "feel-good" hormones that can make a bad day good, no matter how old you are. Regular sex with someone you trust releases hormones that lower stress. 2. Sex is good for your health now and later. It lowers blood pressure, burns calories, and makes muscles stronger and more flexible. Men who have more sex have healthier hearts and prostates. For women, sex helps keep bones strong, makes menopause easier, and helps bladder control after having babies. Both men and women can have less pain and better immune systems from sex. 3. Sex makes your brain work better in different ways for men and women. For women, it can make you better at language, memory, and navigation. It helps grow brain cells and keeps your brain healthy as you age. For men, sex affects the parts of the brain that deal with emotions, physical feelings, and relationships. But you have to [reach orgasm to get the brain benefits…]( With or without a partner. So what does this mean for you? Sex can feel uncomfortable to talk about. But regardless of your faith, age, or marital status, sex has a role in your life If you don't use it as a tool to improve your life, others may use it to make your life worse. I'm not telling you to do anything you don't want to - your body is your own. I just want to give you a new perspective on an old topic. And always stay safe! Godspeed, #EverydaySpy P.S. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but my [CIA spy training saved my sex life from ruin](. And it can do the same for you, too.
