(Scroll down to see behind-the-scenes photos!) [shop: CANVAS Prints]( [shop: TEXTURED Prints]( [shop: PAPER Prints]( Busy in the W O R K S H O P Erin Hanson prints are manufactured in our 18,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facilities in McMinnville, Oregon. Erin personally selects all materials used in her prints, and she oversees production to ensure quality and accuracy. We use a high-tech canvas from Breathing Color with a fade-proof varnish built right into it. When the ink is printed onto the canvas surface, it sinks beneath the varnish, and the varnish stays on top, protecting the canvas print from UV rays and scuff marks. Above: These are the bases for our 3D Textured Replicas. The sides are painted black, so they don't reflect any light when inside their floater frames. Above: All of Erin's painting canvases are custom-made for her in our warehouse. If she needs a specific size for a painting, she has the canvas in her studio within an hour! This is our 3D printer at work -- it lays down 20 individual layers of ink, each layer cured hard to the touch, before the next layer is printed. In this way, we can build up the texture of the print until it exactly matches the texture of the original oil painting. Our customers agree -- the finished replica looks just like an original oil painting! Garrett, above, is finishing the edges of a silver "EH" floater frame. All our artwork comes wired and ready to hang. We recommend Ook hooks, which won't damage your walls. Anna, above, is packing one of our canvas prints in a custom-sized box (cut to size with our new CNC machine), which ensures the print will not have any wiggle room or chance of getting damaged during shipping.
