Members of Congress will pledge to protect and defend the Constitution and faithfully discharge their duty to the American people. We already know there are MAGA Republicans unable to honor this oath. Through words and actions, they are making it clear protecting and defending our democracy is not a priority. And now, because Kevin McCarthy is sowing the wind and corruptly bargaining with these extremists to secure the speakership, congressional Republicans are about to reap the whirlwind. {NAME}, weâre heading into troubled times.
