According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), next year, solar energy will generate more electricity than hydropower. In three years, it’ll overtake gas-fired power generation, and in four years, it’ll exceed that of coal. [Energy and Capital Header] Practical Investment Analysis for the New Energy Economy This Tech Stock Will Make Solar Panels Obsolete Jeff Siegel | Mar 02, 2023 Check out this headline from the Financial Times: [ftsolar] This is big. According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), next year, solar energy will generate more electricity than hydropower. In three years, it’ll overtake gas-fired power generation, and in four years, it’ll exceed that of coal. [ftsolarchart] Here’s what IEA senior analyst Heymi Bahar had to say: There is a boom, there is exponential growth, there is acceleration. Solar accounts for almost 60% of every power installation that will be built in the coming five years. As reported in the Financial Times: Fast-falling costs have been the primary driver of the solar build-out in recent years. The average unsubsidized lifetime cost to build and operate utility-scale solar was just $36 per megawatt hour in 2021, according to financial adviser Lazard — down about 90% since 2009. That compares with $108/MWh for coal, $60/MWh for combined cycle gas, and $38/MWh for wind. Costs picked up last year as the price of component parts, most notably polysilicon, soared. But utility-scale solar was still the cheapest option for new electricity generation in most parts of the world. The rate of installations grew by more than half last year, says the consultancy S&P Global Commodity Insights.  Waiting to Catch the Next Bull Market? What if I told you there was [a reliable way]( you could pinpoint the next bull market? You see, for the past 50 years, technology has carried even bear markets into epic bull runs. But today’s tech has gone far too stale to save the market this time... And Big Tech is no longer a reliable indicator of a coming bull run. Now, this new strategy I’m ready to tell you about involves one key figure that the Federal Reserve cares about most... And by tracking it, we’ll know the exact moment the market will enter a new bull run. [Let me show you how you can also use this strategy to make a killing in this market.]( There’s no doubt that solar continues to grow faster than any other energy source. But here’s the rub… Solar technology is still in its infancy. While we have become accustomed to seeing rooftop solar panels and those massive utility-scale solar power plants, the future of solar energy will look vastly different than what it looks like today. In fact, one day, solar panels will be about as common as typewriters and rotary phones, thanks to one company that’s developed a new solar “spray” that can be sprayed onto glass, plastics, and films. Once those surfaces are sprayed with this “liquid solar,” they can generate electricity. With liquid solar, you can quite literally turn an entire building into a vertical power generator. [solarbuilding] $6 Billion in Funding Going to a Single Company? Biden has been dishing out funding as if these are his last days on Earth. He’s handed out more than $2 trillion in funding during his first few years in office. One of his biggest goals is to develop the future of energy. Shockingly, it has nothing to do with fossil fuels OR renewables. A full $6 billion is headed to an industry dominated by one tiny Virginia-based company. A few critical patent approvals means very few others are on the shortlist. And early investors in this game-changing technology could reap a massive windfall. [You need to immediately check this one out for yourself.]( It’s probably the most revolutionary thing I’ve ever seen in the solar market. Early lab results indicate that it can outperform conventional rooftop solar by 50-fold and easily and cheaply be applied to literally acres of glass windows. And with this increase in efficiency, the payback on “installation” can be realized in less than a year. Compare that with the payback on traditional solar, which can still range anywhere from seven–15 years. And here’s the crazy thing… It can actually work in natural, shaded, low light and even indoor light. And if you don’t believe me, [see for yourself]([right here](. Bottom line: There is no energy source growing faster than solar. And in terms of solar technology, there is nothing more advanced than this solar spray, which is why I created [this short presentation]( that shows you how it works and, of course, how you can profit from the company that’s making it. To a new way of life and a new generation of wealth... According to a report by the National Association of Realtors, the demand for warehouse space increased by 10% in the past year. And that’s only going to continue to increase in the years to come! "Demand for industrial space nationally, in fact internationally... is off the charts," says Richard Sleasman, an executive at Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. As a result of this explosion of demand, rental prices have been sent through the roof... Which is excellent news for a tiny group of warehouse “landlords” and their savvy partners like you and me. These three “landlords” have been raking in MILLIONS of dollars from some of the world’s largest corporations like Amazon, Walmart, and Whole Foods... And they’re sending a dedicated cut of this rent money directly to their partners EVERY SINGLE MONTH! It’s truly the easiest way for you to get regular income from the comfort of your own home. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
