Hey , ever feel like you’re running a business on hard mode? I've been there, done that, and bought the T-shirt. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ No longer interested? [Remove yourself here from all my emails.]( Hey , Ever feel like you’re running a business on hard mode? I’ve been there, done that, and bought the T-shirt 😂 Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I thought I was a genius by planning five steps ahead, optimizing every detail, and setting up complex systems. I mean, it sounded smart, right? Setting up various email automations, segmenting lists, adding unnecessary features to my SaaS products. In hindsight, it was like trying to drive a Formula 1 car in a go-kart race. 🚗💨 Here’s what I learned the hard way: simplicity scales. In other words... KISS 😘 (Keep It Simple Stupid) Recently, I created a clean slate after selling my businesses and traveling the world with my family (South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore - quite the adventure!). Now, as I'm brainstorming about my next business, I’m laser-focused on keeping things as simple as possible. Every time I simplified in the past, my businesses grew faster and smoother. For example, instead of juggling multiple funnels and traffic channels,  focus on perfecting one funnel and owning one channel first. So, here’s my challenge to you: What can you simplify in your business? 1) Serving two different audiences? Pick the one driving the most revenue and focus there. 2) Over-engineering your product? Cut the features not being used and perfect the essentials. 3) Managing too many funnels? Identify the best-performing one and double down on it. 4) Scattered across multiple traffic channels? Stick to the one or two that yield the best results and ignore the rest for a while. When you keep it simple, everything becomes easier. Your team makes fewer mistakes, changes are quicker to implement, and growth comes naturally. Trust me, complex systems might look cool on paper, but in reality, they slow you down. Let me give you a practical example. If I were starting a new product today, I’d launch with a bare-bones MVP (Minimum Viable Product). No bells, no whistles. Just the core value delivered in the simplest way possible. Hope it helps! Talk soon, Wilco P.S.
