Hey everyone – I wanted to reach out to you because we’re quickly coming up on the end of the third fundraising quarter and we’ve got a lot of work to get done before we finish the month. [Can you rush in a donation right now to give Black women down the ballot the funds they need for their campaigns?]( As a Black woman who has run for office myself, I can say with full confidence that it’s not an easy thing to do! And I knew I wasn’t the only candidate facing challenges. Which is why I founded Elect Black Women PAC. We are evening the playing field for Black women down the ballot – giving them an important endorsement, funding, training, and general support for up to two years after they run – win or lose. I do this because I believe every Black woman deserves a seat at the table. Now, in 2024, we have the opportunity to add another Black woman to the Senate, elect our first Black woman President, and elect historic numbers of Black women down the ballot! But we can’t do it alone. You know the saying – it takes a village, and we are creating that village to amplify and uplift an incredible slate of women who are capable and intelligent community activists who are ready to make change. We have a goal to hit $15,000 by the end of the quarter, and we are not anywhere near where we need to be.
