In a little over two weeks from now... We’ll be entering the final and, in many ways, most important three months of the year. If you’re looking to ramp up your energy so that you can get the most out of this final sprint to finish 2023… Then these powerful tips from Coach Daniel Woodrum will help you to feel and perform your best: ***** Tips for High Performance Health & Energy By Coach Daniel Woodrum Your health and energy are two of your greatest assets as an entrepreneur. Your personal health has a direct correlation to the overall health of your business. - When you feel good, you do good. - When you take care of yourself, you take better care of others. - When you feel better about yourself, you have more confidence & ambition The problem is most entrepreneurs don't put a priority on their personal health. And as a result their business suffers, their relationships suffer, their productivity suffers. Here are 5 simple tips that you can follow to improve your health and energy almost overnight. 1) Micro Walks Walking is one of the best things you can do for your overall health.  The problem for busy entrepreneurs is making the time for long walks. Micro walks are 10-15 minute walks that allow you to get some more movement throughout the day, and give yourself a break from work/screens. I started taking micro walks 6 months ago and have increased my step count by an average of 3,000 steps per day and I've experienced less headaches throughout the day (more screen breaks) Aim for 2-3 micro walks each day. 2) Sleep Hacks This is one of the most challenging obstacles for entrepreneurs. That's why we created the 10-3-2-1-0 formula for optimal sleep. 10 hours before bed cut out all caffeine 3 hours before bed cut off food & alcohol 2 hours before bed cut out work 1 hour before bed cut off all electronics 0 times hit the snooze button We’ve seen clients go from 5 hours of “mind racing” tossing n turning sleep to 7 hours of quality sleep in just 7 days with these changes. Not only will this give you a TON of energy, but you’ll extend the quality and length of your life, too. 3) Hydrate, Don’t Over-Caffeinate Dehydration can lead to fatigue and decreased productivity. You must drink at least 64 ounces of water and you’ll get best results from “front loading” your water early in the day to increase energy On the flip side, we need you to cut back on caffeine. If you’re a coffee lover like me, and can easily drink 3-4 cups per day, you’re probably familiar with the side effects that go with it. After months of caffeine-induced headaches, I committed to drinking 2 cups of water before my morning coffee and cutting off caffeine intake before noon. It's been a total game changer and I've had more energy from less daily caffeine (and more water). 4) Regular Resistance You need to be doing resistance training 3 times per week. The good news is Craig’s research-proven programs (like Turbulence Training) show you how to do this in as little as 15 minutes per session. On the other days find something you enjoy and can stick with and do that for 30-45 minutes. Walking, dancing, gardening, biking, hiking, all that good stuff counts. My client Sam was struggling to make time for exercise. She'd tried going to the gym and doing traditional exercise, but didn't enjoy it and never could stay compliant. She grew up a competitive swimmer and decided to start swimming 3x per week at her local health club. She lost 13 pounds, felt more energized and has been getting better quality sleep. Make sure you have a coach or accountability partner so you stick to it!  5) De-Stress Find a stress-relief technique that you will stick with. It might be a guided meditation, yoga class, Wim Hof breathing, or Whitespace walk in nature. The more you can manage your stress, the more you can keep your energy and health in check. When my client Karen, a mom of 3 and busy entrepreneur went through a stressful time, she added daily meditation after her morning work (as a reward). It destressed her mind and allowed her to stay more positive and optimistic. Even though it was only a 10-minute meditation session… It made all the difference in the world for her. ***** Thanks Daniel! Don’t let the simplicity of these ideas fool you. If you just apply them… These powerful strategies can give you a significant health & energy boost starting right away. If you enjoyed these tips, stay tuned… We’ve got more on the way ;) Success Loves Speed, Craig [Spacer] [Spacer] [Instagram]( [Facebook]( [Youtube]( [Twitter]( [Spacer] [Spacer] [Whitelist]( [Contact]( Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Early To Rise Publishing, LLC, 1312 17th St # 72422, Denver, CO 80202, United States
