Problem is... He still works too much IN the business as a practitioner. And right now that’s his main source of income. My dentist never calls me about my appointment. That’s not his job. Even the dental hygienist doesn’t call me about the appointment. That’s not her job. It's the receptionist's job to call me about the appointment. You're a CEO doing a receptionist's job. And you're NOT EVEN GOOD AT IT. If you were my receptionist, I'd have fired you a long time ago!
