Something you may not know about me… …is that I’m one of the LAZIEST people on the planet. Yep, I confess... There’s nothing I’d enjoy more than to roll out of bed at noon, eat chocolate cake for breakfast, and watch TV all day. That’s what my inner child really wants. Of course, I do none of those things… Because they would totally undermine my success. If you choose to do only the easy things… Life will be hard. Those choices limit your income… sabotage your health… destroy your confidence… and leave you unfulfilled. But if you choose to do hard things instead? Your life will be easier. You’ll develop skills and experience to earn more money… You’ll have better health & energy… And you’ll build unstoppable confidence (because not only will you become more competent — you will also trust yourself to actually do what needs to be done). So how do you say “NO” to bad choices that feel good in the moment…  … And instead do the hard things that create wealth, security, and freedom for you and your family? When you build the structure and systems to eliminate temptations, destroy distractions, and develop automatic discipline… You can stay focused and keep executing on your goals no matter what. THAT’s when you’ll have the biggest breakthroughs in whatever you’re trying to achieve. I promise, it's easier than it sounds. All it takes is a little planning and preparation. Let me help... Here’s a 7-Day “Elimination Challenge” you can try: Day 1 – Eliminate a food or drink temptation from the house... cookies, booze, pizza, last night’s DoorDash leftovers... toss the trash... it’s called Junk Food for a reason Day 2 – Clear your workspace... Eliminate all the temptations within arms reach where you work each day... that means clearing the clutter of books, phones, magazines, TV remotes, etc. Day 3 – Remove all notifications from your phone Day 4 – Delete 10 apps from your phone Day 5 – Never hit snooze again… you can even buy the “Sonic Bomb” alarm clock on Amazon if needed, lol Day 6 – Block 10 people from contacting you on IG, FB, or text... you know, the ones that waste your precious time Day 7 – Build a “Phone Bed” and pick a cut-off time to put the phone in the bed each night (your kids will love this ritual!) Don’t let the simplicity of these ideas fool you… Even just two or three of these steps will enhance your focus and shift you into a high performance mindset. Put all 7 of them together? Your discipline and productivity will shoot through the roof. Let me know how it goes! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
