This is weird for me because I like war and disaster documentaries and this is the first one that bored me. When I started comparing it to previous documentaries I've watched, I realised that the narrator of this one has a low, monotonous voice. That made a huge difference. Beyond documentaries, how we say the things we say can mean the difference between a harmonious and a combative environment. For example: Do you have a better idea? That line right there is either an honest question or a condescending challenge, depending on how it's said.
