April 15, 2024 Hello , When it rains it pours. And if you’ve ever owned a richly-valued, growth-dependent stock, a small storm can quickly cascade into a crushing waterfall of a chart. That’s what’s happening to Tesla (TSLA) right now. It just keeps getting worse. But as you’ll see below, there is a big opportunity in this unfolding mayhem [if you know where to look.]( Let’s start with the latest news. Tesla announced a massive layoff of 10% of its 140,000+ global workforce. This would be bad news for any company. For a company that’s expected to grow 50%+ per year, it’s a borderline catastrophe. It gets worse though. Just two weeks after Tesla announced its Q1 deliveries were down. Again, this isn’t a slowdown, this is a decline. All of it has weighed on Tesla shares too. They’re now down 42% from last years and down 60% from all-time high in 2021. But here’s the counterpoint. This correction is just bringing Tesla back in line with the rest of the EV sector. Here’s the S&P Kensho Electric Vehicles Index which shows the boom and bust of the EV stocks: Tesla has long been an outlier within the EV sector. As things get worse for the company, it’s playing catch up to its much more troubled competition. All of this will be good news in the long run. If you’re on the sidelines of this (and I hope you are by this point), there is a major turnaround on the horizon. We are potentially just months away from major regulations getting placed that could force a restart of the EV boom. So the worse it gets, the better for us that can see the panic building safely from the sidelines. The recovery is going to be a monster and we’re going to be ready for it. [Click here to see how one EV-adjacent sector is collapsing, but could rage again soon.]( [READ MORE]( Dynamic Wealth Research 2010 West Avenue K #623 Lancaster, California 93536 © 2024 | All rights reserved.
