Shares are moving fast. Add these horses to your stable today. [View email in your browser]( [DRF](  A message from our Sponsorship Partner [Two Impressive Athletes Chasing One Dream]( Pick your next stable member from two exciting new acquisitions from the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Two-Year-olds In-Training Sale. Fasig Midlantic graduates lit up the track in 2023. Highlighted by Kentucky Derby winner Mage, who sold for $290,000, other standouts included graded stakes-winning fillies Maple Leaf Mel ($150,000) and Faiza ($725,000). We've had more than our fair share of success shopping the Maryland auction as well, with our bloodstock team having acquired graded stakes-winning speedster Straight No Chaser for just $110,000 and Canadian Classic winner and GSW Duke of Love for only $85,000.  [Improbable Colt Headed to D. Wayne Lukas]( Following the massive success "The Coach" D. Wayne Lukas has had with his first MRH stable member, Preakness champion Seize the Grey, we've been eager to find more athletes for The Coach to train. This colt by Improbable embodies the foundations of a real athlete, possessing a 25.5' stride and an extremely sturdy build with great bone, a deep shoulder and powerful engine. He breezed :10 2/5 at the sale, showing a little greenness but a lot of willingness and potential. The MyRacehorse bloodstock team believes that the Apr. 10 foal has all the tools to be an exciting prospect once he matures mentally, and feels he's the perfect horse to blossom in the Lukas barn. [INVEST]( [Click to view the Form C]( [Bolt D'ORO Filly Heading to Gustavo Delgado]( MyRacehorse teams up with owner/agent Ramiro Restrepo and trainer Gustavo Delgado --better known as Team Mage--on this impressive Bolt d'Oro filly who descends from the female family of champion and influential stallion Kitten's Joy! When Classic-winning connections clash in the auction ring over the same filly, you know you're dealing with a quality individual. When they decide to team up after the gavel drops, watch out. She's got it all--an impressive way of covering ground that seems effortless, a very balanced frame, and the pedigree to carry some serious residual value. She was our bloodstock team's favorite horse at the sale (Team Mage's favorite as well) and we cannot wait to campaign this filly as a group. The filly will join Kentucky Derby-winning trainer Gustavo Delgado's barn in Saratoga this summer. Delgado, an extremely accomplished conditioner in his native Venezuela, is best known for winning the 2023 Kentucky Derby with Mage. He has also trained the likes of Grade 1 winner Bodexpress, G1 Test S. heroine Paolo Queen as well as exciting first-year stallion Caracaro. We can't wait to see what heights he takes this Bolt d'Oro filly to. [INVEST]( [Click to view the Form C]( Please note, these offerings are being offered through REG CF as opposed to our usual REG A offering. For more information about REG CF offerings please view the FAQ below. [FAQ]( Q: How is Regulation CF different from other MyRacehorse offerings? A: Regulation CF is an offering made with a different regulatory framework, essentially a different set of rules to work with that allows us to sell shares. For Reg CF, we can get to market without a direct review from the SEC, significantly speeding up the process to get to market. The tradeoff is that there are stricter restrictions and you'll notice some purchase journey differences such as unique investment caps, a funding progress bar, a comment section on the listing page, and additional communications regarding the disbursement process. Q: How will my ownership experience with a REG CF offering be different from a REG A offering? A: It won’t! While there are differences in how the series is funded and some additions disclosures, your ownership experience will feel exactly the same. You’ll still enjoy regular updates in the MyRacehorse app feed, invites to race day events and paddock lotteries, and opportunities to attend farm and barn tours when possible. Q: How much can I invest? A: You won’t need to calculate this number yourself, but there is a limit to how much anyone can invest in Reg CF offerings over a 12 month period. If you’re getting close to the default limit ($2,500) we’ll prompt you to update your investor profile with a few more details so we can calculate it for you. [MyRacehorse]( [SHOP]( | [ENTRIES]( | [RESULTS]( | [BET NOW]( | [CONTACT](mailto:cservice2@drf.com?subject=DRF%20Bets%20Question) [HANDICAPPING 101]( | [WAGERING 101]( [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [Instagram]( [YouTube]( [Apple]( [Get it on Google Play]( To ensure email delivery, add drf@emaildrf2.drf.com to your address book.
