[Right Side of History]( {NAME}, This is one that people are probably forgetting about - but MAGA isn’t. A New Mexico Senate seat is up for grabs this November, and MAGA sees it as an opportunity. A serious Republican candidate, the daughter of a former Republican Senator, has already raised $1.25 million in her first quarter, a combination of self raising and GOP major donor cash. In true MAGA fashion, she’s running attack ads and avoiding real news outlets like the plague. Even though she’s been vague on her stances, it’s clear that she’s a Trumpie, and it’s clear that she has a shot in November. Put simply, this would be a huge blow to our movement. This November, every seat counts. Our Senate majority is already razor thin as it is, and we can't afford to give up an inch this cycle. There’s simply too much on the line. Now, I do feel pretty confident. I know Senator Martin Heinrich well, and I’ve seen what he’s capable of. He’s served New Mexico in the House and in the Senate, and he’s proven to be an effective and capable leader at both levels. Senator Heinrich is leading the charge toward clean energy and electrification, and has been for some time. According to a 2023 Axios feature that dubs him "The Senate's Transmission King," who ”… is at the center of that push on the Hill– and he might be the next top Democrat on Energy and Natural Resources". Being next in line to Chair the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, it is important that we keep Martin Heinrich in the Senate where he can continue pushing forward the critical work he is doing on climate, conservation, job creation, and advancements in AI and technology. And Martin’s always been there for us, protecting abortion rights and taking on the NRA. He received a score of 100% from Reproductive Freedom for All, a non-profit, pro-choice organization. He’s also for common sense gun safety regulations, and has been extremely vocal about the need for more legislation surrounding that important issue, especially after the Aztec School Shooting took place in his home state back in 2017. In short, Martin’s smart, sensible, forward thinking, and the right man for the job. He’s done a phenomenal job leading New Mexico for the past 10+ years, and we need him to remain in office. Not just for the fate of New Mexico, but for the fate of the entire country. [If you’re able, please consider making a split donation to Right Side of History PAC and Martin Heinrich for US Senate so we can not only elect Martin Heinrich, but people like him all across the country >>]( -Doug Paid for by Right Side of History PAC.
