Whether a customer has contacted you via email, live chat, SMS, or social media, this plugin allows you to see all customer communication in one channel and leverage past data to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Since Kosas offers customers five different ways to contact them on their site, seeing past customer conversations from all other channels in one view is immensely beneficial, so there is no miscommunication. 3️⃣ [PDQ](: The Pretty Damn Quick app helps brands maximize their revenue and optimize delivery. These are typically higher-intent times that can drive a lot of growth for brands. Other dates like World Emoji Day and National Cat Day could be more relevant for your brand on organic social or in email. If your brand relies more on offers, the period between Independence Day and Labor Day can be a long stretch without a themed offer running. This can be a good time to gain awareness and run different offers. For example, running a summer-themed lead generation offer to focus on list building or running a Christmas in July offer.
