The bill allows local jurisdictions to permit bring-your-own pot clubs, as long as those establishments don’t serve alcohol or any food beyond light snacks. But... [Gov. The state House gave preliminary approval Friday to a bill limiting marijuana patients to 16 plants in their homes, down from 99. The measure aims to make it harder to grow pot outside the taxed and regulated commercial pot system. [Midnight closing time for Denver pot shops?
