Last year, DeSantis championed the âStop WOKE Act,â effectively banning any efforts to teach the truth about systemic racism and racial injustices. And just last month, DeSantis rejected the new AP African American History course, saying it lacked âeducational value.â Theyâre trying to ban the truth â and we canât let them. Our schools should be teaching about all of our history.
