Pre-existing condition protections are at risk. Add your name to stand against Trump's latest attack

Pre-existing condition protections are at risk. Add your name to stand against Trump's latest attack. [Democrats][Join us.] Last night, the Trump administration asked a federal judge to dismantle the provision that protects people with pre-existing conditions under Obamacare. This shocking and morally reprehensible move is yet another attempt to dismantle critical health coverage for those who need it most. This kind of health care sabotage is unprecedented, and we won't let them get away with it. Democrats believe health care is a right, not a privilege. Add your name if you agree and stand against the Trump administration in their latest effort to destroy Obamacare. [I'M IN]( No one should be discriminated against just because they're sick or require specific care. That's why President Obama and Democrats enacted historic protections for people with pre-existing conditions and prevented insurance companies from charging people higher rates because of their health status. The American people overwhelmingly support these provisions -- it's why millions of us came together last year to defend our health care when this GOP-led Congress tried to dismantle the Affordable Care Act. If Donald Trump and Republicans get their way, millions of Americans will be at risk of losing their health coverage. The people who will suffer most are those who depend on comprehensive, quality care more than anyone else. Like most Americans, Democrats believe health care is a right for all, not a privilege for the wealthy few -- and we don't believe that an insurer should be able to discriminate against you because of a pre-existing condition. There has never been a more important time to show where we stand. [Add your name right now against the Trump administration's latest attack on Obamacare and say you support health care for all.]( Together we will fight back by voting Republicans out of office for their senseless attacks on families all across this country. Thank you for being a part of that effort. Thanks, Xochitl Xochitl Hinojosa Communications Director Democratic National Committee P.S. Just so you know how cynical these people are, the Trump administration asked the court to repeal the pre-existing health care protection, but to wait until after the election. They know this is a hugely unpopular move -- they're just hoping they can sneak it by the American people.
