We’re fighting for their lives. Stand with us by lending your support today. We’re fighting for their lives. Frank/NPS]( [We’re gearing up to fight back against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s decision to double down on eliminating gray wolf protections. Stand with us in defense of wolves by lending your support right away!]( Defender, Earlier this month, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced it will continue its attempts to eliminate federal Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves in the lower 48-states. The agency is trying to revive a Trump-era rule that gutted gray wolf protections in most of the lower 48 – a rule that Defenders successfully challenged and beat in court. We ensured gray wolves prevailed before and we won’t back down now. This fight is happening– we need you on our side! [Your support saves wolves – join in the defense of wildlife with your emergency gift today!]( As anti-wolf groups have ramped up their violent rhetoric, we’ve seen an uptick in outrageous violence against wolves. Poisoned to death in Oregon. Gunned down just outside the boundaries of Yellowstone National Park. Even run over with a snowmobile, muzzled and paraded around before being shot outside a bar. This is what anti-wolf extremists are already doing to these animals in areas where they are not federally protected – and if federal protections are slashed, in some areas wolves that are protected today could be strangled, baited, chased down, even shot in their dens along with their pups. The war on wolves is here. We need to join together on the side of wolves, standing between them and violent extremists. Show your support for the wildlife you love by pitching in as soon as you can! [DEFEND OUR WOLVES]( Your generosity is the reason we’re able to succeed. Thank you for coming to the defense of wolves today.
