Itâs not good when a therapist challenges the efficacy of her own profession, so let me unpack this thought with youâ¦Â  How I can explain this better is to say, âI donât believe in old-fashioned talk therapy,â happening once a week for a 50-minute period. My favorite part of my career has been changing peoplesâ lives for real, distinguishing therapy from a shamanic exchange that makes everything different. I created a process called an [Intensive]( where we download the entirety of your lifetime up until now. I even ask you to bring photos to help me understand where you come from, since the very beginning. Because of my discovery that therapy does not radically change someoneâs life at the root levelâ [I designed a process that does.]( This Intensive process is an opportunity for you and I to spend a day and a half together, focusing solely on your karmic lifetime with this question: "What" isn't hanging out by itself: What did your soul sign up for this lifetime? On the first day, we begin with you telling me every detail of your life story, including your grandparentsâ names, your first kiss, the time you lost your virginity. Not to mention every other story that leads us into the now that impacted your lifetime and perhaps continues to haunt you at the unconscious level. As an Astrologer, I will sit with your chart in hand, identifying the patterns that continually repeat themselves, because they do. We all have themes in our life that never go away. Is it your lack of trust, or is it your low self esteem, or is it your lethargy? Your character reveals itself to me on the very first day in vivid color as you describe your childhood. My job will be to ask this question: What was God thinking when S/He made you? What are the lessons that continually stalk you? There is a way to end those broken records once the Observer is in place explaining how purposeful the crazy stories that you carry are. By the end of the first day, after I meditate on your story, it becomes very clear: you came here this life to learn⦠then we fill in the blanks together. Some people call an Intensive the end of therapy; I call it untying the knot. Getting a new perspective, seen through the eyes of Astrology, wrapped up with compassion,[we get to the answer]( What are you doing on this planet and why the trauma? The second part of the intensive is the 4E process. This methodology was created by me 25 years ago and it is pure magic. Here is where we rewrite your future. Having understood the karma of the past, having turned on the Observer, we enter into the free will zone. Itâs a little bit like Houdini. You will be freed of your handcuffs. There is only room for 5 people this upcoming year to work with me. Itâs a large financial commitment. A decision that your soul will make as you decide to free yourself. A phone session is required to look at your chart and see if the timing is appropriate to enter into this very intimate space together.
