I can't wait for Debbie to join me in the Senate ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ ͏‌ When I first ran for Senate in 2016, {NAME}, I faced almost impossible odds. But thanks to the grassroots Democrats who stood by me each step of the way, I beat the odds — and became the first Latina elected to the Senate. Now, there's another Latina facing even tougher odds in Florida's Senate race, just like I did in 2016, and again in 2022. And even as time's running out to close the 10% gap on her final end-of-quarter goal, I know firsthand that with help from committed grassroots supporters like you, she can and she will flip Florida blue. [So please, will you rush $5 now before her critical End-of-Quarter deadline to help Debbie join me as the second-ever Latina Senator, and save our razor-thin majority, too?]( [CONTRIBUTE]( You can take it from me: Debbie's race has all the ingredients for victory. Let me explain why: FIRST: Even if he's the most wealthy Senator on Capitol Hill, Rick Scott is still one of the least popular Republicans in Florida — and despite shelling out $64 million in 2018, he's never even won a race by more than 1.15% of the vote! SECOND: Debbie is everything that Rick Scott is not. She grew up as an immigrant, watched her mom work double shifts, and even worked through school herself to make ends meet. She gets the problems facing working Floridians, and she'll fight tirelessly to win the progress they need. That's how she flipped a battleground House seat blue back in 2018, and it's why she's now just 1 point away from taking Scott's polling lead, too. And THIRD: With our slim majority at stake this fall, Senate Democrats can't afford to miss a single pick-up opportunity — so our campaign committee just made a huge investment in Florida to ensure we keep the Senate blue. Between a vulnerable opponent, an incredible, proven candidate, and Senate Democrats putting their best efforts into helping a challenger win — if that's not a recipe for a blue wave, I don't know what is. But even with the tides turning in Debbie's favor, she won't have the resources to beat her ultra-wealthy opponent without a tidal wave of gifts to reach her $6 million end-of-quarter goal by the non-negotiable deadline. [So please {NAME}, will you rush $5 or more by midnight to ensure Debbie defeats Rick Scott, flips Florida, and keeps our Senate majority blue? I'm certain that Florida is winnable for Democrats, but she cannot do this without you.]( Please use the links in this email to start a weekly donation through ActBlue.
