"If he don’t bring back the drugs, then I’m going to kill the [expletive]," the voice on the other end of the line said. Randle, 23, [told a Dallas County jury Tuesday]( she immediately thought of her boyfriend, Kendall Perkins, who had told her days earlier of plans to steal marijuana. In retaliation, her cousin Shavon Randle was being held for ransom. Also: Billy Chemirmir faces capital murder counts [in the deaths of two more elderly women]( total indictments at 14. One forecast says yes]( This year could see more twisters than usual, according to one weather-forecasting service, but North Texas meteorologists are skeptical of that prediction.
