Chrystal Jackson, 27, was booked Thursday morning into Dallas County Jail, [accused of child endangerment.]( Her bail was set at $35,000. Cedrick Jackson's body was found July 11 in a landfill near the border of Garland and Rowlett. Jackson's boyfriend, Sedrick Johnson, was arrested shortly after the discovery and is charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury. With the project more than half complete, AT&T is giving more details about the development that promises to create downtown Dallas' most elaborate new public venue. [The area will start opening late this year.]( At the heart of AT&T's new downtown district will be an open plaza with a seven-story-tall media wall, retail and restaurants, performance areas, trees, fountains and a one-of-a-kind giant sculpture.
