Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., introduced a bill to Congress on Tuesday to end "unqualified" birthright citizenship.   "Birthright citizenship has been grossly and blatantly misapplied for decades, recently becoming a loophole for illegal aliens to fraudulently abuse our immigration system.
