Rather than a vindication of Jacob Zuma's child, however, the withdrawal was made on the basis that the corruption charges in question were still to be discussed at the Zondo Commission. [Arrests made in connection to NY bomb plot]( A high school student and three other men have been arrested for planning a terrorist attack on a Muslim community in New York state. The four stand accused of planning to bomb the centre, based in Islamberg, 150 miles from New York City.
