De Lille stated this morning that the caucus was in session and no decision had been finalised. It was believed, however, that an agreement to stave off a vote had been reached. Eleven rhinos were being moved from Nairobi and Nakuru national parks to Tsavo East, with all but one rhino dying in the process.
