Friend, need more proof that pro-dictator, anti-gun control, and self-described "pro-life" "Democrat" Tulsi Gabbard is a terrible choice to represent one of the bluest congressional districts in the country? Well, have I got news for you: [source: Twitter] That's right, Gabbard—who is currently mounting a quixotic bid for the Democratic presidential nomination—will be appearing at a Las Vegas conference run by former Trump White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and featuring a "who's who" of former Trump officials. Gabbard is currently polling zero in the presidential primary, but she could always abandon the race and seek re-election to her congressional seat next year. Her history of opposing basic Democratic ideals and supporting dictators like Syria's Bashar al-Assad makes it clear that we can't let that happen. [Tulsi Gabbard's congressional seat is one of the bluest in the country, and we can elect a real progressive Democrat to it. Please donate $3 now to pro-Medicare for All and pro-Green New Deal Democrat Kai Kahele.]( State Sen. Kahele would be a tremendous upgrade for Democrats in Hawaii and nationwide. He supports Medicare for All and the Green New Deal, he's a veteran who flew missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, and he'd be just the second native Hawaiian to win a seat in Congress. Still, Kahele has an uphill climb ahead of him. Gabbard has remained popular in her district and won't be easy to beat if and when she bails on her presidential bid. What's more, Washington insiders have recently put up new roadblocks to stop progressive challengers to incumbent Democrats. [Please give $3 to Kai Kahele and help elect a fantastic Democrat to this bright blue district!]( Thank you, David Nir, Political Director Daily Kos Daily Kos, PO Box 70036, Oakland, CA, 94612.
