Friend, corruption scandals involving Supreme Court justices sadly seems to be the norm for certain conservative members of the Court, including Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. Justice [Samuel Alito]( recently admitted to accepting lavish trips and gifts from a billionaire without disclosing them. He all but confessed to this action in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal. His justification of these actions only underscores the urgent need for stricter ethical guidelines. Representatives Jamie Raskin and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have introduced legislation to stop this corruption.
