ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include without limitation: This position is responsible for creating, modifying, testing, and debugging core application, custom SQL, and Database Architecture for SSRS reporting and Tableau extracts.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to: - Work to devise and/or modify procedures to solve complex user problems and will participate in design and coding meetings with other developers and end users, as needed.
- Drive consistency, reliability, and repeatability in SQL development to ensure stability and a single source of truth for enterprise wide reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop new objects and systems with an emphasis on re-usability and minimal maintenance requirements, as well as maintain and enhance existing code and systems.
- Participate in design and development meetings with other developers and end users for the purposes of designing and implementing new objects and/or systems.
- Design, develop and implement test plans to accurately test the application code, functions, modules, and program and work to arrive at solutions that combine the data architecture and application code for optimal outcomes and solutions.
- Partner with IT Operations staff, Systems Administrator and Business Analyst Project Manager to architect and implement these technical solutions to business requirements.
- Understand SQL Server Reporting Services and develop and maintain SSRS reports as needed.
- Become familiar with all BGV SQL databases needed to write queries, stored procedures, and other data analysis. - In taking the approach of designing “the right” solution, the BSA balances cost, value and time when determining whether to develop new functionality or extend the functionality of existing systems.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between users and data. Make sure data systems are always working and correct. Be alert and proactive to projects that need to be done. Including future projects.
- Write custom reports as needed and/or write “one-off” queries to SQL databases for data analysis as needed.
- Maintains Tableau Server settings, users and groups, and all content assets, such as projects, data sources, and workbooks to monitor and maintain overall server health for BGV reporting and analytics needs
- Understand CRM database structures and environments such as Salesforce to leverage and combine data between applications systems for reporting and analytics use
- Attend, participate in, and supports monthly GVS training session and department staff meetings.
- Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture, Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.
- Be the “End of the Line” and resolve every situation inherited, not passing it along, whenever possible.

Mirroring the last few years, CTML's project portfolio continues to grow and includes partnerships with Novo Nordisk, Gilead, NIH, NSF, Gates Foundation, and Blue Shield. Due to our increasing number of granted projects and academic-industry partnerships, CTML is hiring a Research Program Manager (RPM) to provide an exemplary level of research project management, statistical analysis, and compliance services. - Identifies and pursues funding opportunities and revenue streams.
- The candidate will specifically contribute to two academic-industry partnerships with CTML related to organizing across and within different small to mid-sized project working groups, including developing and tracking project milestones and scheduling working group meetings and broader collaboration project presentations.
- Leading independent statistical analysis, methodological research, and writing peer-reviewed manuscripts in support of academic-pharmacology industry collaboration projects.
- The candidate will contribute to (but not lead) paper submissions involving scientific writing, reviewing data analyses, literature management, and helping to contribute to the interpretation of results.
- Facilitates the efforts of various departments, managers, and outside constituencies to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Responds to emails and communications in a timely manner and actively participates on video and teleconferences with research partners.

Salary & Benefits This is a 2yr, full-time (40 hours/week), contract appointment, eligible for UC benefits with the possibility of extension with continued funding.
