When I come across a woman online who seems to be thriving in life, I immediately Google her. I want to understand how she’s achieved her success, thinking, Perhaps there’s wisdom or guidance I can gain to help me along my journey. But after about 15 minutes of “research,” I close the apps and browsers, feeling overwhelmed. A quiet restlessness and dissatisfaction sets in.
