Create ‘Psychic’ Content Here are the 7 most important words in marketing… “Enter the conversation in the prospect’s mind” When you create every piece of content around this principle… Your prospects and clients will begin to say, “It’s like you can read my mind!” How do you do this? a)   Know your niche market better than anyone else b)   Build a content strategy in advance (rather than making something up at the last minute) 2. Practice Profitable Preparation One of Gavin’s clients sold $41,000 worth of high-end men’s suits the other week because he properly prepared for his sales calls… and put together Done-For-You offers. "People under appreciate how much smarter you can seem with 20 min of preparation," Alex Hormozi said in a recent IG post.  Great preparation… makes you smarter and is highly profitable! Another little hinge that swings big doors. 3.Say “NO” More Often I recently convinced two clients to shut down $10K coaching programs. Why? Because these were not worth their time. Both clients charge around $80K for their high end programs. And they thought, “Well, I’ll just create a low-tier offer… it’ll be easy to sell to people that can’t pay $80K or more.” But that’s not true! In fact, on our coaching call with his team, one of my client’s sales manager’s spoke up and said, “You know, Craig’s right… it’s actually harder to sell the $10K program on the call.” Just because it’s “cheaper” doesn’t mean it’s easier. Then his COO spoke up and said, “It’s also more work to serve the $10K program, and they just aren’t as serious as our high-end clients.” My client was bummed out because he expected big things from the $10K program. “Don’t worry,” I said… “Here’s a much better solution for increasing your income without more work.” “Increase the $80K program to $100K!” Because listen… if someone will pay $80, they will pay $100K. Guaranteed. 4.Polite Persistence Strong sales people know that in sales… When a client says “No”… That just means “Not now.” Our clients with the biggest revenue wins take a NO to mean… Come back again with a better offer. Come back again at a better time. Come back again with a better answer to my objections. Politely. Persistently. Communicating Consistently. 5.Delegating to Professional ‘Firefighters’ Elon Musk knows it’s not his job to put out every rocket fire when things go wrong. And our top clients know they can’t put out every fire in the business… They know to hire “professional firefighters” that can put out the fire better than they can When our top clients have tech issues, they hire a tech wizard… rather than searching “YouTube How-to Videos”. When our top clients have leadership issues, they go to Coach Daniel for advice. Hire pro firefighters to buy back your time so you work on sparking sales! ***** Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of some of these ideas… They are among the most powerful things you can do to start getting better results almost overnight. I strongly encourage you to take the time and figure out how to implement some of them ASAP.
