As always, our Tuesday newsletter shows you how to be a high-earning Copy Creator instead of a struggling content creator. If you want full instruction on how to do that, hit the links at the bottom of this email. Let's start with a sponsor, and then we'll do today's lesson... --------------------------------------------------------------- Register For My Free Talk Big news. I'm going to be the keynote speaker at a digital conference tomorrow. This is a great opportunity for you to get course-quality information without having to pay for it. I'll be talking about how to make your content stand out in a world that's dominated by generic AI-generated writing, and I'll also cover a bunch of foundational content success principles. Whether you use AI or not, you'll get a ton of useful tips and insights from it. Sign up before registration ends: [Register For Free]( I'll see you in there. Content Creators Give Information One of the controversial truths about content is that all of it is entertainment. That's true even if it's 100% serious. That's true if it's incredibly useful. It still needs to entertain people. So when typical content creators write posts that have awesome strategies but nothing else, they tend to underperform. Others will entertain with generic emotion, but then they won't sell. The issue is that they're not combining substance and entertainment. When you're missing one of those, you end up getting some kind of bad result, whether it's no reach or no sales. Copy Creators Tell Little Stories The key to fixing this problem is telling stories about yourself. But they don't have to be long. You don't have to write 500 words about something that happened to you and, in most cases, you shouldn't. Instead, inject mini-stories into your content. Write a blog post about a strategy, but tell a one-sentence story about how you used that strategy to help yourself or a customer get results. Write a social media post about perseverance or courage, but tell a two-sentence story about using perseverance or courage in your life. This is how you get attention, build a brand, and sell at the same time. - Charles P.S.
