Our new higher education policy agenda offers a path forward. [LCCHR logo desktop]( [See the Agenda]( [LCCHR logo desktop]( [See the Agenda]( Fighting for: Racial Equity and Diversity in Higher Education Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. [See our new policy agenda and join our fight.]( Dear {NAME}, We are proud to announce our newest higher education policy agenda, We Shall Not Be Moved: A Policy Agenda to Achieve the National Imperative of Racial Equity and Diversity in Higher Education. With 100 strategic recommendations aimed at building and sustaining higher education institutions where students of all races and backgrounds have the opportunity to thrive, this is designed to be an actionable tool for advocates and policymakers at the federal, state, and institutional levels to effect change. [See The Agenda Here]( We call upon you to engage with this document and use it as a platform to initiate meaningful conversations. Talk to policymakers, campus stakeholders, and alumni associations. Assert that there is a path forward, and there are concrete steps that need to be taken. The promise and power of our nation are deeply rooted in ensuring that people of all races, backgrounds, and origins have the opportunity to achieve their dreams and goals. Anything less than equal opportunity for all undermines the very essence of our democracy. The pursuit of equity and diversity is not only possible — it is essential. There are numerous actions we can — and must — take to build equitable pathways and safeguard fairness, equality, and opportunity in higher education. Despite recent challenges, including attempts by the U.S. Supreme Court to undermine racial progress and diversity in higher education, this policy agenda represents our commitment to establish equitable educational opportunities for all. To every student: Know that you matter. We value your gifts and talents, and we need your leadership. We are with you. You belong. We all belong. Together, we will continue to inspire future generations of college students to dream boldly and excel throughout their higher education journeys and beyond. We will fight tirelessly, shoulder to shoulder, until every student is empowered to achieve their dreams without the threat of discriminatory obstacles. Together, [We Shall Not Be Moved.]( Thank you for your support and dedication to this crucial cause. In solidarity, — The Leadership Conference Education Fund P.S.
