(Department statement) CAMPUS SAFETY [Michigan State Students Repaint âRockâ to Honor Shooting Victims, Cover Pro-Gun Slogan]( In the [aftermath]( of Monday nightâs [shooting spree]( the campus landmark carried the message âHow Many More?â By this morning it said, âAllow Us to Defend Ourselves & Carry on Campus.â Two students who didnât know each other then teamed up to change the message. âTo Those We Lost, To Those Healing,â it now says, and names the three dead students. Instead, the college announced two hours before showtime that hosting the group contradicted its Baptist values.
