Board of Governors]( William Tambussi, a prominent New Jersey lawyer, was recently indicted on a racketeering charge in connection with a Democratic power broker in the state. A county judge, ruling in a lawsuit filed by the public universityâs faculty union, removed Tambussi from the board, the more powerful of two such bodies that oversee Rutgers.
