[Learn More]( Through the course sessions, you’ll: - Explore various meditation styles and master Deepak's mantra-based signature practice: Primordial Sound Meditation. - Uncover the origins and history of meditation as well as the purpose of mantras, and how you can use them. - Learn the philosophy and core teachings of Vedanta – the sacred, spiritual scriptures of India that guide us in experiencing higher states of consciousness. - Be introduced to the yoga sutras and the oldest health system in the world, Ayurveda – for a holistic understanding of our mind, body, and spirit. - Build a foundation for sharing these practices with others in your community. Course content is all offered online, so you can access it anywhere, anytime, learning at your own pace and on your own schedule.
