[Chatwork] Thank you very much for your continued use of Chatwork. This announcement is to let you know that we have released our "User Invitation Feature," which offers an easy way to invite users using Chatwork for the first time to an organization on Chatwork. What is the User Invitation Feature? This feature lets administrators easily invite users using Chatwork for the first time to their Chatwork organization simply by sharing a unique link. This saves time and effort by eliminating the need for administrators to collect and register email addresses when adding new users to their Chatwork organization. [Why should I invite new members to my Chatwork organization?] ・It lets you easily find users in your organization who are already using Chatwork. ・Administrators can delete the accounts of users in their organization and manage information that is on Chatwork. ・The data from shared files will still remain even if an account is deleted. User Guide 1. Navigate to the ["User Invitation Feature"]( page. 2. Administrators/user administrators can generate an invitation link, and share it with the user that they would like to invite. 3. The user can use the invitation link to access the page for entering the necessary information (email address, password, user name) to create an account. 4. The administrator/user administrator will receive a "Join Request" email. After verifying the identity of the user submitting the request, they can then either approve or deny the request to join their organization. 5. Once the user's join request has been approved, they will receive a "Join Request Approval" email, completing the account registration process. Refer to the link below for a more detailed user guide: [( Important Information About Using This Feature ・Please note that this feature cannot be used if:  - Organizations have configured SAML authentication using the Enterprise Plan. ・Only administrators and user administrators can create an invitation URL. ・Only administrators and user administrators can approve or deny a join request. ・Invitation links can be deleted, and a new invitation link generated. ・Invited users can also cancel their request after making a request to join an organization.
