Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week. This edition is full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in:     Email Campaign Idea - The Perfect Pairs Email: - Email Examples: - [The Perfect Pairs Email Example 1]( - [The Perfect Pairs Email Example 2](  Purpose/Context of Email: This campaign is all about positioning two of your products as complementary to one another. This will boost AOV without having to do a discount or anything overly salesy. Try positioning like this and you'll do numbers with these campaigns. [Example 1]( is from Hydrant, one of my favorite DTC brands. We have a catchy header with a double entendre, and then some great copy that tells you why you need these two products from Hydrant to optimize your overall health. We have benefit bullets for each one, and then position it as double the value and benefits in one pairing. [Example 2]( is from OUAI, and I love this one. Some super relatable copy in this one. They go with the self-care/treat yourself angle which almost ALWAYS works when we do it. People love spoiling themselves (like I always say). One thing they did well is that they created a landing page for the bundle, likely just for this email. It's one small bit of effort that increases your conversion rate significantly. Great email here.  Segment: - Your engaged segment  Subject Line Ideas: - These are better together. - The dynamic duo - The perfect pair is here  Preview Text Ideas: - Try them for yourself. - Actually iconic. - Come and see it.     Email Marketing Resource #1 of the Week: The Psychology Behind Winning Subject Lines... Here's How to Capture Attention and Boost Your Open Rates:       Partner of the Week: I recently heard about a company that made $9M through its Customer Service channel over the last two years, and it got me thinking... Like most, I considered Customer Service a cost center rather than a revenue driver. But what if we could turn Customer Service into a revenue channel & treat it like every other marketing channel? I'm talking about a team supported by automation that can help customers quickly find answers to their questions and guide them to specific areas of the site. For Ecom Brands, this is the best replacement we have for in-store sales reps. And this extra support goes a long way. This allowed this company to scale 15 agents & $9m in Customer Service sales. That’s $300k/agent per year. You should consider switching your customer support platform to [Richpanel.]( This will allow you to handle all your marketing channels from one platform, allowing you to respond to customers more efficiently. [Turn Customer Service into a Revenue Machine.](     Email Marketing Resource #2 of the Week: Sales emails are key to making money with email marketing. Yet most people don't know how to craft a high-converting sales email. Here's the 9-step framework we use to create profitable sales emails:       Copywriting Tip of the Week:  It's important to set clear expectations from the start. Here's how to do this: - Specify What They’re Getting: Detail the benefits, features, and outcomes. Make it crystal clear what value your audience will receive. - Example: "You'll get 24/7 customer support, a user-friendly interface, and a 30-day money-back guarantee." - Clarify What They’re Not Getting: Address any limitations or exclusions to avoid misunderstandings. - Example: "This plan does not include access to premium features or personalized consultations." Why This Matters: Clear expectations lead to zero confusion, resulting in higher trust and more sales.     A New Medium for Presenting Ideas: I'm talking about beautiful presentations, documents, and websites powered by AI.  The best part?  No design or coding skills are required.  You can literally create unlimited presentations, websites, and more—in seconds!  Gamma is like PowerPoint but [way more powerful.](  I've been using them for everything lately.  Course decks. Client proposals. Internal team documents. Contracts. The list goes on.  [Start using Gamma for free]( to create better-looking resources while spending a fraction of the time.     Convert Instagram Followers into Email & SMS Subscribers: If you're an ecom brand with a decent Instagram following, I have an insane hack you can do: Step 1: Run an Instagram giveaway where you give away your product or even a gift card to your store For people to enter the giveaway, make them comment something like: "I want this" Step 2: Automate DM's to every person who comments on the giveaway In the auto-DM you send, invite them to get additional entries to your giveaway by signing up for your email and SMS list Step 3: Announce the winner(s) of the giveaway in an Instagram post and offer a "runner-up" discount for everyone who didn't win (the majority of people) Setup an auto-DM that sends everyone a discount code for your store You can blow up your email list and drive revenue by leveraging this playbook. A company I invested in called Gatsby just [rolled out this exact functionality.]( I'm planning on using this for my own account, and now that it's live, I'm going to roll it out for my clients ASAP! You can learn more here about their [new comment triggers.](       I hope you enjoyed this edition. Hit reply and let me know! - Chase     © 2024 Chase Dimond No longer want to receive these emails?
