Here's what I'm seeing regarding email marketing and copywriting this week. This edition is full of tips and resources. So without further ado, let's dive in:     Email Campaign Idea - The Made Up Holiday Email: - Email Examples: - [The Made Up Holiday Email Example 1]( - [The Made Up Holiday Email Example 2](  Purpose/Context of Email: You ever get an email in your inbox with National ___ Day and it's something you've never heard of? It's because they made it up. I don't have exact stats on this, but when you can use a made-up national day to sell more products, more people will buy. That's just fact. [Example 1]( is from Spritz, a CPG brand for drinks. They're celebrating National Cocktail Day, which is obviously not a thing. If it is, I should've gotten a day off of work, which I never did. In order to celebrate this day, you need their product to fully enjoy it. It's just a circular way to offer a pitch or a discount. [Example 2]( is from Health-Ade, one of my favorite brands. Instead of cocktails, Health-Ade is celebrating National Margarita Day. Same thing, different name. It's national us day, celebrate by buying stuff that we make and party with us. It sounds like a crazy thing to do because we're so close to it. But once upon a time, a company called Hallmark created many of the holidays we celebrate today so they could sell cards. Do the same thing, but do it your way.  Segment: - Your Engaged Subscriber Segment  Subject Line Ideas: - Happy National ___ Day! - Ready for a made-up holiday sale? - We invented a holiday.  Preview Text Ideas: - Here's how we're celebrating. - Save 20% off. - And you're partying with us.     Copywriting Resource of the Week: Copywriting is all about the details. Getting the details right can make or break your copy's success. Here are 7 over-looked copy elements worth paying attention to:       Partner of the Week: The only thing that should be floating on the water this summer is you, not your inventory 🏖️ With [Portless]( you can ship orders directly from China in just 6 days, 3x your cash flow, and improve lead time by 10x. Say goodbye to the lengthy 45-90 day wait for restocks. Now, you can replenish your best-selling items in just 3-5 days. Ready to skip the ship and go Portless? [Contact Portless today]( and receive 20% off your pick-and-pack fees during your first three months.     Marketing Resource of the Week: Here's a table featuring 10 common marketing metrics, their importance, and how to improve each one:       Quick Copywriting Tip of the Week:  Copywriting made simple: - Identify the "Who": Start by defining your target audience. - Highlight the "What": Address their pain points or challenges. - Emphasize the "Why": Connect these pain points to the benefits your solution offers. - Introduce the "How": Present your product or service as the solution. - Conclude with the "Where": Provide a clear and compelling call-to-action (CTA). Simple, not easy.     ChatGPT-4 Marketing Prompt: Generate [number] case study ideas that demonstrate the impact of our client's products or services and help build credibility with potential customers. Context: Target audience — [your target audience here] Client's products/services — [your client's products/services here] Case study goals — [your case study goals here] Inspiration: "[case study inspiration one]" "[case study inspiration two]" "[case study inspiration three]" Formatting guidelines: "[your formatting guidelines here]"     IMPORTANT REMINDER:  If you haven't already purchased my new client acquisition course, I wanted to remind you that the special early bird discount ends tomorrow night (Friday) at 11:59pm PST.  (thank you to the many of you who have purchased it so far!)  Since I sent yesterday's email announcing the course, I've added 16 new modules, with another 15-20 modules to add this week and next. As a reminder:  Because the course isn't fully completed, I'm offering an [INSANE discount of almost 60% off]( the course.  Why am I launching early and offering this big of a discount?  Because I want to get social proof and testimonials before next week's big launch.  However, if you wait until next week to buy it, you'll only get around 35% off for the official launch.  So don't wait until then and miss out on some big savings.  If you're an agency or copywriter/freelancer, you're 100% going to want this course.  Because... who doesn't want to learn how to acquire more clients?  The course covers cold email, cold DMs, lead magnets, social media, and so much more!  You can see the exact modules currently uploaded via the link below:  [Use this link ASAP to save almost 60% on this course.](     I hope you enjoyed this edition.
