Hi {NAME}, We raced to grab toilet paper. We panicked as the stock market nosedived in March. We’ve never seen more fighting on our Facebook newsfeeds. And we’ve never spent more time alone and isolated. It’s safe to say that we’re never going to forget 2020. We all went through a lot of pain this year. I’ve learned that pain is one of life’s ways of teaching us. It doesn’t come free, though. You need to sit down and reflect in order to extract these gems. So I spent several hours reflecting as part of my annual planning. I wanted to share some of the lessons that I learned from experiencing 2020. [Lessons From on 2020 ->]( Stay focused, Charles p.s. I reflected quite a bit over the Holidays. I have some new goals. Whenever you have new goals, you have to make sacrifices to achieve them. We have limits on our attention, time, and energy. I realized that building my personal brand's no longer a priority. It takes a lot of time and mental energy for me to produce content. I want to put those resources towards other projects. I'll still be writing of course. But it won't be on a consistent, weekly basis like the past decade. I want to write when I have something profound to say, rather than feeling like I have to stick to a schedule. I'm grateful for your attention over the years, and I'm cheering for your success!
