Getting Started. How many times have you felt beaten down by an overwhelming list of responsibilities? How often have you told yourself at the 11th hour that would never procrastinate again? How many times have you felt like a deer in headlights when sitting face-to-face with your top-priority project? How often has your perfectionism held you back from moving the needle? If you grapple with procrastination, if you feel paralyzed by perfectionism, if you put things off, if you find yourself consuming more and more information on a topic (yet never do anything with it)…this could be the most important lesson you ever learn… The famed humorist Mark Twain is credited with saying, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks and starting on the first one.” The take-home point is that you must take action, and often, any action will do. As Craig Ballantyne says, “Action beats anxiety. Motion beats meditation. Work beats worry.” Action typically precedes motivation. And often, all it takes is tiny action to help us bust out of a procrastination rut and feeling stuck. Most of the time, getting started is the hardest part. And frequently, once we push through the first few minutes of resistance, we’re rolling because small actions create momentum. Spending just 5 minutes on one tiny task can snowball into bigger, more meaningful action. Because action is empowering and satisfying. The more you act, the better, more inspired and more energized you’ll feel…and that will feed forward to making you feel more ready, willing and able to take more action. The key, as Twain so perfectly put it, is getting started. As Jack Canfield is credited as saying, “You don’t have to get it perfect, you just have to get it going.” Twain also said, “If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first.” In other words, take action immediately, before the chaos of the day takes over, and begin your day by “getting started” on your top priority. How To Drop Your Blood Sugar Control. For years I struggled with my blood sugar spikes.  I was told to stop eating my favorite foods. And that it’s an incurable disease and that I’d have to take prescription meds for the rest of my life.  That was until I found a simple way to turn my high blood sugar into high energy.  All I did was add [this]( to my diet…  And before I knew it, my blood sugar dropped to a normal range  Because it activated my body’s blood sugar detoxing cells, which helped me pee out excess BG!  Sounds weird.  But when I gave it to 3 of my friends, they said it normalized their blood sugar like nothing else.  Click here to learn the secret:  [>>Add THIS to your diet to naturally control your blood sugar](   To getting the facts, Change That Up Change That Up was founded to help replace old habits with positive, healthy habits. It is our core belief that you have the power to #changethatup when we’re stuck in rut. You can do this by using our powerful daily insights delivered to your inbox. We all grew up on the typical standard American diet. We followed the patterns and behaviors that we learned from everyone around us. When we all first started growing up and becoming adults, we started living a work life behind the desk. We got busy with life. We almost all fell out of any good habits that we had while growing up (this almost always happened unless you grew up in a home that taught good nutrition and healthy habits). As any adult in their 40s and 50s can relate, you feel a great amount of joy when you see your healthy habits create a life of freedom and happiness.  Through all the years of frustration, we eventually figured out that developing healthy habits requires surrounding yourself with positive influences that embody how you want to live. Here at Change That Up (with some help from our favorite health experts and practitioners along the way) we’ve developed a trusted newsletter that has helped thousands of men and women become better at living healthy, one positive change at a time. We give extra time and attention to break down big ideas into simplified, bite-sized insights for daily improvement.  With our daily email newsletter, you will become a much more confident, knowledgeable and healthy version of yourself.
