The Best "YOU". “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” - Jim Rohn No, we’re not talking about identity theft. We’re talking about the thoughts you have about yourself. And this is absolutely crucial because you’ll never get more out of life than you think you’re worth. And before we dig in, it’s important to note that you don’t just have one identity. Each area of your life can have a different identity -- finances, business, happiness, faith, fitness and so on. The point is this: If you want to change any aspect of your life, you have to change your identity. This shift starts with the way you think about yourself and how you talk to yourself, but the biggest, most impactful way to change your identity is through your associations. As the saying goes, “Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future.” Right now, take a moment to think about the people you spend the most time with. Who are they? Do they push you outside your comfort zone, lift you up and lead you toward growth? Or, do they pull you down, hold you back, deflate you and allow you to get away with making excuses? Seriously, stop and think about it. Because if you want to go to the next level in any domain of life -- in business, wellness, happiness, faith, parenting or what have you -- you have to surround yourself with people who are doing better than you in that specific area. If you struggle with your faith and you surround yourself with people who have great faith, yours will improve. If you want to level up your business game, start hanging around people who are making significantly more money than you, and over time, you will heat up. If you want to get in better shape, spend more time with people who are more fit than you. If you struggle with your relationships, make it a point to immerse yourself among people with great marriages; yours will improve. While being in the physical presence of the company you seek is arguably the most powerful way to transform your identity, you can also improve your associations by reading books and listening to podcasts. The key to making the identity shift is to embrace those associations and begin to take massive action. After all, transformation is not about consumption; it’s about production.   Which small plant eliminates Type 2... Recent studies from Harvard have discovered a specific plant that targets the root cause of Type 2 Diabetes. These studies refer to 'zombie cells' that accumulate around the pancreas and cause the disease. What plant do you think is most effective at eliminating these zombie cells, eradicating diabetes from the body permanently? It is our core belief that you have the power to #changethatup when we’re stuck in rut. You can do this by using our powerful daily insights delivered to your inbox. We all grew up on the typical standard American diet. We followed the patterns and behaviors that we learned from everyone around us. When we all first started growing up and becoming adults, we started living a work life behind the desk. We got busy with life. We almost all fell out of any good habits that we had while growing up (this almost always happened unless you grew up in a home that taught good nutrition and healthy habits). As any adult in their 40s and 50s can relate, you feel a great amount of joy when you see your healthy habits create a life of freedom and happiness.  Through all the years of frustration, we eventually figured out that developing healthy habits requires surrounding yourself with positive influences that embody how you want to live. Here at Change That Up (with some help from our favorite health experts and practitioners along the way) we’ve developed a trusted newsletter that has helped thousands of men and women become better at living healthy, one positive change at a time. We give extra time and attention to break down big ideas into simplified, bite-sized insights for daily improvement.  With our daily email newsletter, you will become a much more confident, knowledgeable and healthy version of yourself. Our newsletter is packed with valuable insights and quality product recommendations for you. Our reader support team is also always at the ready to answer any questions you have about the emails we send out every day. We’re here to help!  The best part is that we update our content and recommendations regularly!
