Seriously, if you're anything like me and believe everything needs a home, a label maker is pure gold. Itâs not just about tidying up; itâs about creating a system where everything is easily findable and manageable. Whether itâs for the kitchen, office, or closet, this little gadget is a game-changer. [image]() 2. WHAT I'M LISTENING TO: January is typically a decluttering month for a lot of us, but in the last two years, itâs become non-optional. Some days my ADHD leaves me feeling overwhelmed by the process of moving out of our California house and figuring out what really needs to go with us to Miami. My go-to guide in this chaos? This little book is a concise, easy-to-understand guide on managing clutter and housekeeping, and itâs perfect for those of us with a neurodivergent brain. Thereâs no judgment, no shame, and lots of grace for the unique circumstances of each personâs home, schedule, resources, etc. While not every idea will fit everyone, it's all about taking what works for you and leaving the rest. 3. LETâS TALK ABOUT IT. This Week on The Chalene Show: If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to focus on building strong legs. It's not about doing every exercise out there; it's about prioritizing what really matters. Strong legs boost your metabolism, increase bone density, and enhance overall body health.
