Hey , Quick reminder that next month we kick off the[21-Day Walk More, Drink Less Challenge](. Whether you want to go totally alcohol-free or just cut back a little, this challenge is all about making small changes that can lead to big results. It’s only $5—less than a cheap glass of wine—and I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering tips, tools, mocktail recipes, and more. DO IT!!!! 1. FAVORITE FIND OF THE WEEK: If you don’t have the time or know-how to alter clothing, I promise [this](=) is going to save you hundreds of dollars. I know it looks like one of those retail tag guns, but don’t be fooled. This one has been retooled to hem, alter, cinch and secure your clothes. I wish they had this on Amazon but they don’t (only fakes). DO NOT BUY THE DUPES! = Now you can’t use this to sew an outfit, but for quick alterations - [this is it]()! Whether I need a shorter skirt, to secure a bra strap, or to get that racer back look on my workout tanks - this is what I use. Plus, who even has the time or the eyesight to thread a needle? = It’s not perfect, but 99% of the time it does the trick. It’s super easy to use, but if you need a quick tutorial, just [look on TikTok](=) (which is where I’ve been finding all my favorite gadgets lately). 2. WHAT I'M WATCHING: Ok, if you're looking for your next binge-watch, [The Perfect Couple]() is it! Warning - it’s a bit campy and far-fetched in many parts, but if you can set that aside and just allow yourself to be entertained, I promise you will be. This binge-worthy series stars Nicole Kidman, who is just flawless in every role she takes on. And let’s talk about her wig for a second—honestly, it took me a few episodes to decide if she was wearing one. And why? I’m assuming it meant she didn’t have to spend extra time each day in the chair. If so…brilliant! I digress. The series is set in a picturesque Nantucket town, and it has all the vibes of White Lotus meets Agatha Christie. There’s an affair, some family secrets, and a mystery you’ll try—but fail—to solve before the big reveal. Even Bret, who can usually figure out any plot twist, couldn’t crack this one! The suspense keeps you hooked, even though you’ll catch yourself saying, "That would never happen!" at least a few times. But that’s part of the fun—just go with it and enjoy the ride! Yes, it’s a bit kitschy, and sure, some moments will have you rolling your eyes, but that’s what makes it so entertaining. It’s one of those shows where half the people will tell you it’s ridiculous, and the other half will say they were totally hooked. So, if you go in with the right mindset—ready for a mix of drama, mystery, and a little romance—you’re going to have a blast watching it. Trust me, you’ll get through it quickly and be fully entertained. 3. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT: [This week on The Chalene Show](=), I dive into some pretty heavy but important stuff—my take on the allegations against P. Diddy and other powerful men who’ve been accused of monstrous behaviors. We’re talking about the impact these types of stories have on women, society, and how we view people in positions of power. It’s not easy to talk about, but it’s something we need to bring to light. I also share my thoughts on how we, as a society, tend to overlook or excuse certain behaviors just because someone is rich or famous, and why it’s so important to hold people accountable, no matter their status. = But this episode isn’t just about the dark side of these stories—it’s also about empowerment. I discuss how to protect yourself, spot red flags, and set boundaries in your own life, especially when dealing with people who have power or influence. This conversation is about recognizing red flags, standing up for yourself, believing victims and learning to trust your instincts. It's an important discussion that I think we all need to have, especially in a time when stories like these keep surfacing. So tune in, and let's have this real talk together. I love you, I mean it, Chalene = P.S. Wondering what vitamins and minerals you might be missing from your diet? Let me tell you about [Magnesium Breakthrough from BioOptimizers](=)—it’s the best supplement I’ve found for better sleep and balanced stress. This blend contains all eight essential forms of magnesium in one scoop, helping you fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, and feel more relaxed overall. It also supports brain health, heart rhythm, and strong bones. I take it every night, and it’s made a huge difference for me.
